We want to send a quick note that everyone made it safely back to Michigan last Friday and baby Katherine is healthy after her wellness exam this week. We are all well, albeit a bit tired, but it’s all amazingly good.

May and I wanted to send you both our heartfelt and deepest gratitude for everything you and Choice have done for us and our lives. In many ways, the babies have saved our lives since we don’t know where we would be right now if we had not taken this path after losing our precious son, Kevin, two years ago. It would have been hard to live in this world.

Now, we have found renewed hope, joy and purpose in our lives with our babies on our path into the future. It’s a different future than what we would have imagined a few short years ago but one we will embrace with love We know life has no guarantees and so we take and enjoy each moment each day together.

We will keep you posted as we reach different milestones like birthdays and let us know if there is anything we can do for you. And perhaps we can meet up again in the future - if not in person, perhaps by video call. May and I wish you all only the very best and wish you well.

Hi Trish - it's Henry here. Thanks so much for arranging the call today with Debra. It went so smoothly and better than we could ever have imagined! Such an easy decision for Ron and I to make. Jack is 3 weeks old! He sends his best.

Mom and Dad are doing ok other than the usual parental fatigue. We did have a bit of challenge - both of us became symptomatic with COVID a few days after returning home, most likely from airline exposure. We both received antiviral therapy and improved after a few days. Jack powered through, thank goodness. He slept almost the entire flights from Knoxville to Denver and Denver to Sacramento.

Thank you again for everything you have done for us and continue to do for all the surrogates and intended parents out there. It is an amazing journey.
