Long before surrogacy programs, protections, and financial standards were established, Trish Taylor was working at the intersection of family building and insurance, focused on protecting intended parents and surrogates through responsible surrogacy financial protection when the journey did not go as planned.

As founder and operator of New Life Agency, Trish Taylor spent decades developing and managing surrogacy insurance and protection programs, including introducing assisted reproduction and surrogacy risk to Lloyd’s of London syndicates. That work helped establish industry-wide protections that did not previously exist and laid the foundation for coverage now considered standard across surrogacy and egg donation.

During that time, Trish served as a Lloyd’s-approved Coverholder and licensed Third-Party Administrator, not only designing policies but administering them. She personally managed thousands of real maternity, delivery, and complication claims tied to surrogacy, IVF, and egg donation, working directly with families during some of the most critical moments of their journeys.

This professional experience later informed the creation of the Choice Surrogacy Financial Guaranteed Programs, the first all-inclusive, bundled flat-fee surrogacy programs of their kind and still the only agency-assured, financially guaranteed programs in the industry. The programs reflect a belief shaped by experience: surrogacy is unpredictable, but families and surrogates should not be left to navigate unexpected financial uncertainty.

Trish is also widely recognized as a pioneer in LGBTQ family building, having developed surrogacy and egg donation agency programs at a time when protections and pathways for LGBTQ intended parents were not yet established. That work required close collaboration with fertility, legal, medical, and insurance professionals, helping shape the practices that allowed surrogacy to grow into a trusted path for LGBTQ families and the broader surrogacy community.

Today, Trish works alongside her daughter Chloe and son Junah through Choice Surrogacy, helping intended parents and surrogates come together to create families.
