SMS For Consent Communication

The information (phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not sell, rent, release, or transfer your SMS consent, your phone number to any third party for any third-party marketing purposes.

In addition, mobile opt-in data, consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communications will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Types of SMS Communications

Upon consenting to receive text messages from Choice Surrogacy, you may receive appointment reminders, inquiry follow-up, scheduling communications, application-related updates, reminders, participation-related communications, and other communications related to our services. In some cases, Choice Surrogacy may also use an AI assistant in connection with follow-up communications related to your inquiry or participation in our process. Please note that standard messaging disclosures apply.

AI-Assisted Communications and Calls

Choice Surrogacy may contact you by phone call, including by an AI assistant, regarding your inquiry, scheduling, application progress, reminders, participation in the process, and related service updates.

Call Recording and Transcription

Phone calls with Choice Surrogacy, including calls made or assisted by an AI assistant, may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, training, documentation, and service improvement purposes.

Message Frequency

Our SMS message frequency is estimated to be 0 to 3 text messages daily across all users.

Message frequency may vary based on your stage in the inquiry, application, scheduling, or service process.

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Carriers may charge fees for each message sent or received. These fees can vary based on the carrier's pricing structure and whether the message is sent domestically or internationally.

Opt-In Method

Customers may opt-in for SMS messaging on our website forms, through lead forms, or verbally during a phone call. Customers may also provide consent to receive phone calls from Choice Surrogacy, including calls made by an AI assistant, regarding their inquiry, scheduling, application progress, reminders, participation in the process, and related service updates. Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality and training purposes. Customers will be asked:
"Do you agree to receive texts from Choice Surrogacy? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help, text STOP to opt-out. This consent agreement will not be shared with third parties and affiliates for marketing purposes. No SMS communication will be initiated without customer consent.

Opt-Out

Customers can opt out of SMS messaging from Choice Surrogacy by replying STOP at any time to any received SMS message. Once opted out, they will receive no further SMS communication. Customers can opt back in at any time by replying START.

Opting out of SMS messages may limit our ability to communicate with you regarding your inquiry, scheduling, participation, case status, or services.
